You'll love this charming and cozy place, surrounded by nature. We open our backyard to welcome you and provide a unique experience. Quintal Apoema is in the Bateias - Campo Largo region. Nearby: trails, hills, lagoon and leisure options in the region. The space features a chalet with two beds, fireplace and bathroom, large outdoor area with fire pit and gazebo with pool table, kitchen and vintage decor. The House of Jurumirim's dam

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet.
