Chalet holiday rentals in Rio de Janeiro

The house is exactly like the photos, very cute and cozy. The kitchen is complete, everything I needed had available. It was days of rest, waking up to the singing of birds and breathing clean air. Ana, very helpful, sent a message frequently to find out how it was and respond very quickly when I needed it. I highly recommend and intend to return soon. Suggestion: in the outdoor area, table, chairs and barbecue were not very clean, I understand that, because they were exposed to the dust in the backyard, it is more difficult to maintain, but for an impeccable experience, it is worth the attention of the host. In any case, it did not harm the stay.

Chalé Aconchegante is beautiful, perfect for enjoying with friends, with a very tasty wood stove. It has everything you need to enjoy. It is close to the center, but in a very high and quiet place, with wonderful views of the mountains, sunset and sunrise too!!! Surrounded by beautiful trees and many birds. Your stay in the chalet was great, it's time to be back! The chalet is very cozy, clean, organized and close to town. When we needed the hosts, they were very helpful. Super indico! A single most critical point is the dirt road, which has many holes and in rain, it skids a lot.

The place is pure peace, to disconnect from anything and enjoy the noise of the water, the silence, and all the amenities of the house! These were very pleasurable days! Charitro e Andrea are very helpful and gentle!

Paula met us in person to let us into the house and showed us around her home, letting us know where everything was. She even brought us extra towels later in the day as a courtesy. Paula gave us great local recommendations and was always communicative and fast to respond if we needed something. The location itself is set a bit back from town, making it secluded, peaceful and beautiful, but totally walkable to all the stores and restaurants on the island. We felt safe the whole time we were there. Thank you for the stay, Paula!

Quiet place. We were 4 people (2 couples) and Fernanda's chalet is very nice to relax and very close to the wonderful nature of Minas Gerais. Fernanda is really a super host, she was very available and gave all the information we need! Recommended!

It was all wonderful! Vera gave us amazing tips on places to eat, waterfalls, tours… always very helpful. The cottage is not even mentioned… very beautiful and comfortable. My girlfriend and I took our kitten and everything worked out. We really love the energy of the cottage, Vera and Lumiar. We'll be back for sure ❤️

Limirio is an excellent host that was responsive on whats app always. This place is lovely, in the back of the property of Limirio's main home. When we arrived it was squeaky clean. It is guarded by an automatic gate. The home itself is a stone's throw from the ocean, and you can hear the waves crashing, however to get to the actual beach it is a short walk to the end of the street. Buzios is roughly a half an hour drive from the property. 5 stars easily, however please be aware there are no shortage of mosquitos. As well, there is only an air conditioning unit in the bedroom. However, the entire stay was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I would like to leave my eternal gratitude to Dani , made me feel at home , left me safe , gave me great tips and always answered the messages . It was the first time I traveled alone with my children and I was afraid and Dani made all the difference. Thank you so much ! The place is perfect for those seeking peace , tranquility and connection with nature ! The Mohini house is simply perfect ! I think every person in life had to have the pleasure of meeting her . It was an amazing experience, we created amazing memories and for sure from the world we will come back more often .

Great stay in the chalet of Carlos. Attentive and easy-to communicate host and always quickly answered any questions we had. This was the third time that my family and I stayed in the condominium and Carlos's chalet was the best of all we have ever rented. We will definitely return.

The chalet is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidied with zeal. The place is very peaceful and you can hear the noise of the river. Bed and bath linens and kitchen utensils were very good. Jéssica was very proactive and gave us several tips on what to do in Lumiar. It was well worth it and we intend to return soon!

Beautiful place with lots of vegetation. Quite quiet and close to the tall feirinha. I also really liked the communication, Mônica always proactive in the answers and at the reception.

It was super quiet! Very nice and cozy place to stay and easy to access. Pablo from the time of the reservation proved to be helpful and polite. I recommend and when you can, return again! Not to mention that the horseback ride was very cool and the Ronaldo (Guide), very friendly!

Eduardo and Sueni excellent hosts. We were greeted very cordially and everything was prepared and tidy. They helped us with the round trip transfers (which is very important in aventureiro) and they were attentive to the weather as well. They also rented us a suite that shares kitchen and balcony with another and had the delicacy of not renting it so that we are quieter.

Another month spent here surrounded by nature. Kind hosts who often share freshly harvested produce from their garden - red beans, sweet potato, yam and they even baked a cake for our birthday!

Our group was delighted with the Timbira Ranch. Since the service, always very kind of Beth, as well as the reception of Florindo and Nilza, with that delicious welcome cake. The ranch itself is a spectacle... exuberant nature, privacy, tranquility, as well as the cozy, comfortable infrastructure, in the smallest and many details. We highlight the cleaning of all environments, the quality of bedding, bathrooms, beds and pillows, the decoration of all environments, the amazing common space (shed), for food and fun, the entire outdoor area (beautiful), in short, an amazing place, caring for attentive, caring and available people. We have already elected as a priority place for our rest trips.

Pitter’s place truly feels like paradise. The beautiful eco-chalet immerses you completely in nature, offering a peaceful and unique experience. I visited with two friends, but I can easily imagine it being perfect for two couples as well. The surroundings are incredibly quiet, making it the ideal escape from busy everyday life. Just a short five-minute walk from the chalet is Praia Vermelha, a charming little beach village with two or three cozy restaurants. The beach itself is calm and never crowded, a perfect spot to unwind. Pitter himself is an amazing host. He’s proactive, incredibly helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable and smooth as possible. When we mentioned wanting to go fishing and grill our catch on the chalet’s BBQ, he immediately arranged everything for us. He’s always quick to respond and ensures you have everything you need. I can really recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with a host who cares about your experience.

The location is exactly as shown in the photos and description, I really liked it, I felt super comfortable, quiet and safe place, good for those looking for peace and tranquility, Mr. Roberto Mayara always asks, the beach is a few meters from the chalet, there are some attractions and restaurants, I had complete freedom to have my meals in the shared kitchen, the place is a good peace for those with small or elderly children. It was very good. I'll be back for sure.

The place of the Chalé is quiet, very quiet, clean and safe. Attentive hosts. We'll definitely be back!

Jorge is a super good guy who has even given me incredible support on all my doubts, note 10. Regarding the space, there was everything that was described in the listing, a cozy, clean place, swimming pool, parking inside the condominium, very good employees, house with all support for the "day" (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.), bakery/market around and a beach practically within the condominium. Everyone in the family became in love with the site, I'm sure we'll come back more often.

The home is beautiful with amazing views and a short trail away from a beautiful beach. The room was clean and was well represented in the photos. The house keeper was very friendly and for a small fee purchased groceries and prepared breakfast for us. Her husband also took us on boat trips to local restaurants and a small store on local islands. The road to the house is hard to locate and even harder to drive. There are deep ruts, rocks, and there are very steep sections. I’d strongly suggest a four wheel drive vehicle. If it rains you may have a hard time making it to and from the house. We would also suggest that you bring groceries with you, as there are no restaurants or stores nearby without taking the difficult road back to Paraty, or hiring a boat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location.

Excellent location, close to the beach of Geribá. Very cozy house and with great price, Luciano gave a very quick return. We went during the extended holiday, so we took a lot of traffic to go to Rua das Pedras and other beaches, due to the house being further away from these regions. But, it was great and for sure I would come back! :)

The accommodation is on the upper floor of the house, with a beautiful sea view. The house was clean and organized. The size served us well, with a balcony and spacious bathroom. During our stay Rosane helped us in what we need. Good location, a little away from the fullest restaurants, which helps with tranquility at night. Very good stay.
