The cottage is made with ecological brick and a green roof, in addition to the feeling of connection, it provides thermal and acoustic comforts, in the background there is a clear river from which you can hear its flow through the stones. Hiking and walking trails in the region near the ranch and in the region we have the parks of Ibitipoca, Serra Negra and Taboão. If you want privacy there is a waterfall less than 500m from the cottage.
