A good place. Comfortable, spacious, organized ventilated and quite accessible. I had some problems with internet speed, but in general it worked for basic things. The place is very airy, with large windows and very ventilated, which helps with the heat. During my stay, the room's air central was not there as in the pictures, so we depended on the fan that was quite useful on the hot days (which were all hahaha). But in general it's a great place. Marcos was extremely responsive, I had an issue with the air station the first night that was resolved the following day. We'll definitely be back more often.

Great stay! Apartment in a quiet and easy to access location. Matched the descriptions and was very clean and organized. Gláucia was kind and gave all necessary instructions clearly and quickly. I recommend it.

Marcos very friendly, very top place, all very clean, neat neighborhood of great location, although the garage does not fit the pick-up the neighborhood is very quiet car can stay out without fear.... Thank you Mr. Marcos, we will be returning in certainty....
