Great spot in Dollar Point. The house is exactly as pictured and described. Very cozy and the kitchen was very well-stocked which was a nice surprise! Everything worked well -- the hot tub, fireplace, etc. Lots of games and puzzles which was a nice touch. Very comfy beds. Very dog friendly but also spotless. Many thanks!

Cozy and affordable place, great location. Alyssa was helpful and accommodating, proving us great sledding recommendations, feedback and advice. Great spot for kids - nice without being fussy. They loved the kids ‘nook’ in the bunk room with old school video games and the loads of games downstairs. Kitchen is tight for multiple people but we made it work.

We loved this house! We could take a little walk to the lake and the private yard with hot tub was great. We will definitely rent again, perhaps in the summer next!

Great host .. good location, nice house

It’s a nice place to stay in winter. Location is close to California lodge parking. The house is clean and spacious, has everything you need for a short stay. The heating system works well and without any noise (which was a problem in a few other places I stayed in the area before). Edrene was always available to answer our questions.

It is rare to find a one-story accessible home with a fenced backyard for dogs. This home looks upon a beautiful meadow area, it was very quiet and peaceful and a big bonus, walking distance to a lesser known beach that also has an area for dogs. The dogs loved their walks in the meadow, hanging out at the dog beach and running around the backyard which is much larger than represented in the photos. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and has a dog door in the slider. Restaurants and other attractions are within an easy few minutes drive. We look forward to returning next summer! Yes it was an amazing place to stay. We felt at home. The shower was amazing because it was a bit cold outside and after hiking all we wanted was a hot shower. Shamus did an amazing Job with checking in via the app to ask if we needed anything during our stay and it was much appreciated 😁. We never got cold during our stay whether the heater was on or not. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy condo perfect for a quick ski trip to Heavenly. Could have walked to the lift but we drove and it only took a few minutes. Nick is an excellent host, always communicative and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

We had the best time at this ski chalet. Perfect location to enjoy Incline Village and all that Tahoe has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location on the water and near the town and great restaurants. It was so lovely to wake up to the gorgeous lake view from the master bedroom in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

If I think about Lake Tahoe for sure Tom’s place would be the place I could think of going. The place was accessible to ski lifts and also to the heavenly village. We had a great with my family staying on his place. I highly recommend Tom’s place for sure.

Cozy airbnb with close proximity to Stagecoach lift and parking. Unit has everything our group needed. We left something in the unit and were able to quickly retrieve it thanks to Heather’s prompt communication. Rooms are a little small but works for a short trip. WiFi is a little slow at times. Overall would stay again if I am coming to the area!

Kevins place is great. The common spaces are clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the equipment is looked after. The bathrooms are spotless. Its walking distance to heavenly and downtown. Definitely recommend!

We had a nice long weekend at Dustin’s home. Easy and prompt communication. Check in was a breeze. The home was cozy, updated and safe, just as pictured and described. Beds and furniture were comfy. Nice area that's close to the stateline where the casinos and heavenly gondola is. The house is clean and has gas fireplaces that are super nice. Modern kitchen. Washer and dryer. Spacious. If you have kids there's a good area downstairs for them. Easy parking. One thing to note is that the amenities like the hottub are in a shared area that close somewhat early (and because of that we never got to try them out so I can't speak to their quality), and there's no fenced in backyard if you have a pet that you want to let outside. But these probably aren't bad for most people, just sharing that to help your decision.

Very clean and nice place to stay!

Chelsea's home is as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect setting for a quiet birthday celebration for my dad. We all were able to enjoy the lake and the peaceful scenery. The bedrooms were a nice size and the restrooms were clean. The mattress in the main room was a bit too firm for me. I decided to sleep upstairs on one of the softer beds. There are grocery stores 10 minutes out so we utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. The kitchen had everything I needed. The house manual was easy to follow and included some information on pet-friendly beaches which we appreciated since we had our pup with us. I LOVED the private beach access and dock. We had our paddle board and kayak and spent a lot of time in the water. My daughter enjoyed jumping off the dock and making friends with some of the other kids there (not a lot of kids...just the right amount to keep her entertained but not overwhelm me). I hope to make this trip an annual event!

Missy and Sonny were great and super acoomadating. They even gifted us some bubbly for our anniversary. 100% would recommend a stay at their wonderful home.

Perfect place for our toddler and our dog. Very cozy and they have everything we need. It is close to grocery/stores, which makes it very convenient. We had a great stay. I would recommend this place. Thanks to the lovely hosts.
