Holiday rentals with a sauna in Stateline

Five star all the way. Really amazing location, well maintained unit and John is responsive, communicative and professional to a T. We look forward to coming back to Tahoe and specifically renting this unit.

Great location, very clean and spacious bedrooms and common space. Host provides most of the things you might need in kitchen and bath super helpful. Great communication, clear instructions and easy to access. Will book again!

We have been going to Tahoe for over 25 years, and this was it! Beach a short walk, food and stores a short walk. Place was cozy! My family enjoyed the pool and spa. It was a bummer they closed it down the last 2 days for repairs, but we enjoyed it the first few days. Staff were friendly and overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you for the amazing vacation. My daughter’s had a blast!

We had a great stay here! Ken was super communicative and helpful. The place looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The location was great for our winter weekend at Palisades and close to Tahoe City for food. I’m sure it would be great in the summer too given proximity to the lake. Thanks, Ken!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Palisades Tahoe! It truly exceeded our expectations and ranks among the best Airbnb stays we've ever had. The location is unbeatable with true ski-in/ski-out access, which was fantastic for our group. The condo itself is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with charming Tahoe touches, and incredibly well-maintained. We were so impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was – it had everything we could possibly need (and more!) to cook family meals easily, which was a huge plus. Staying here made our trip, especially for family members visiting Tahoe for the first time, feel extra special. It has a wonderful, cozy atmosphere, and everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay for our group of 8. Cleane was very helpful with instructions. The upstairs living room area was a great open space for board games/hanging out at the end of the day too.

Tracy was great at communicating before and throughout our stay. We had to reschedule our visit due to a snowstorm in Tahoe, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire conversation. The place is lovely (special shoutout to the snacks and card!), and the location is perfect for a ski weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed in this complex before and come up often for kids sports. The location of the complex can't be beat, and the lakeside access, fire pits, and grounds are great. This unit had really nice lake views and was really close to club house and lake. Very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 5 kids. The loft is a great bonus for kids. Beats staying in a hotel 100%!!

Fantastic location- easy to walk to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and of course the lake. The hosts provided a pack n play for my daughter at no extra cost, which was very useful. The black out curtains in the master bedroom made it feel very cozy! Temperature control in the apartment was convenient and the kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking of our own. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Very nice modern unit in the village - definitely has the best layout and interior design of the units we’ve stayed at. Was perfect for our family of 4. Overall, a great option for Palisades.

We had a fantastic trip and the condo has one of the best locations in the village, being a very short walk to the funitel and right in the middle of the all of the restaurants. I really appreciated how clear the instructions were for asking everything (initial keycard pickup, parking pass, ski locker combo).

We loved our stay! Especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Was a bit smaller than expected (two main bedrooms, one kids room and the loft) and hot tub area was shared, but overall a good place to stay. Thanks, Kathy!

What a wonderful and peaceful escape! Getting to the place was easy as instructions were clear. It’s very quiet and peaceful and the place is very clean. The hot tub and sauna added to serenity. Everything is walkable, 15 minutes to great restaurants and 15 minutes to the lake. Would absolutely come back again! Quite a gem.

The condo was amazing - clean, beautiful view, and updated amenities. We came to ski with the kids and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Multiple restaurants right outside, directly in front of the ski school and great beds to get a good night sleep. Will definitely visit again!

Unbelievable location on Palisades mountain. The space is set up thoughtfully and has all the right amenities such as boot dryers, foam rollers, memory foam mattresses, power reclining seats, etc The whole place has been set up in a aesthetically pleasing and practically functioning way. The host was super organized and extremely accommodating to our requests. One of the best ski in and ski out experiences we've ever had and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Very convenient location, plenty of parking (it's a short walk from car to front door). The interior is super clean and tidy, and everything we needed was available -- we were so happy to have a well-stocked kitchen and VERY comfortable beds. The space is accurately reflected in the photos. One thing we were really glad to have is the outdoor space and plenty of privacy, nobody was staring into our windows, and the deck and front lawn provided plenty of opportunities to step outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. Our host was responsive and went out of her way to help us when we had questions. Thank you, Angela!

Everything was amazing and great location. I was a little bummed we couldn’t get the sauna to work. However, the pool, hot tub, home movie theater and comfortable open floor plan with pool table made up for it. Great stay!

The place was great, I just wished they inspected the equipment before we arrived, we did not have a fire place working for the duration of the time there, and we had several days of snow so it would have been nice to have it working

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The hot tub was awesome and the location was great. Our boys (2 and 5) loved the house and it was great to have 2 separate bedrooms - one for us and one for the kids.

Our family loved our stay in this cabin, we enjoyed the house to the fullest. The host was flexible with our check out time and let us enjoyed the house for a couple of hours more. The house is equipped with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back.

Very cozy and beautiful spot! Definitely great for winter cabin vibes. The living room has large windows/doors with a beautiful view outside which is especially wonderful while snowing. The kitchen is very new and modern, had all we needed. Hosts were very responsive, beds and furniture very comfy, and the sauna and hot tub were perfect! Hot tub was even hot and ready for us to use upon our late night arrival. We want to come back and see what it’s like in the summertime!
