Newly renovated basement apartment with private entrance; perfect for couples and singles! Here is spacious entrance hall, a lovely kitchen with oven, half hot plate with induction, fridge/freezer and regular kitchen items. Cozy living room with sofa bed and TV corner. Sleeping weather. with double bed (can be split in two), dresser and clothes rack. Swimming room. with shower and toilet. A small weather with a dining area. Tiles in wooden look in every room. We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

You will love the apartment due to the location, spacey balconies (one covered), the view and the modern style. It is a beautiful, new apartment (136 m2). It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a stylish kitchen and a lovely bathroom. From every room there is a nice view. It’s fully equipped. The apartment is close to the ocean, the marina, super market, restaurants, fitness, city center etc. Allow yourself a nice swim in the ocean or walk along the marina to downtown (15 min walk).

Bright basement apartment with private entrance. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There are no carpets (wooden floors and tiles). There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. TV (cable TV) in both rooms. Large garden that my guests are welcome to use. There is a terrace dedicated to guests. My little dog Futte (allergy-friendly) runs freely in the garden and likes to entertain guests. She is very fond of children.

Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. This 80m2 lovely apartment, is located in an oasis, in the middle of farmland, with rich bird and wildlife. When the sun goes down, there's ample opportunity to study the night sky. In addition, close to Djursland's many attractions, as well as Mols Bjerge, and the many hiking routes. 3 km to basic shopping and 8 km to larger selection. Feel free to use a charger for an electric car, at a daily rate.
