The kitchen is well equipped. The garden offers peace and relaxation, while the terraces are perfect for cozy outdoor dining.

Each of the two units of the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden on two floors. Bikes can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern space just 150 meters from the swimming area on Schwarzer See. The spacious sauna, the fully equipped kitchen with, for example, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, the terrace, the two separate bedrooms with electric blinds leave nothing to be desired. Lake Schwarz can only be navigated with electric boats and the nearest shopping is in Mirow, 5 km away.
