Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Idyllic, quiet and rural, our farm is in a wonderful secluded location in beautiful Friesland. The apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of the house with direct access to the horse stable. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. If you want to bring your horse, this is also a possibility. A riding arena and an indoor riding arena are available. On the farm there are horses, cows, 2 dogs, chickens, geese and 2 people :)

Parking is sufficient on the property (4 cars possible). Central location, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity. Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Welcome to our house by the sea! A cute little house in a quiet neighborhood not far from the dike and the Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with organic infrared heating, and we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable in other ways as well. Through the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and enjoy a wide view across the field. Everything is wonderfully relaxing.

A warm "Moin" from beautiful Esens, on the East Frisian North Sea! The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" of Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.

Our apartments Spiekeroog and Wangerooge are about 50 m² and equipped for 1 - 3 people. If the apartment is shown as occupied, the other one may still be available.
