Hof Seewind vacation apartment - right on the North Sea

Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

It offers three stylish apartments — Ebbe and Flut (50 m² each) and a spacious former artist’s residence (130 m²). Each apartment features elegant design, modern comfort, and a warm, cozy atmosphere. Centrally located in East Frisia, you’re just steps from cafés, restaurants, culture, and close to the North Sea. Perfect for a romantic getaway or relaxing retreat.

The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment in the middle building of the house offers enough space for 4-5 people with approx. 90 square meters. A cozy and spacious living-dining area with fireplace invites you to relax and linger. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with shower. The terrace overlooking the garden offers the possibility for sunbathing. In the evening you can experience a fantastically beautiful sunset here. Wi-Fi and a parking space.

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

Gemütliche 80 qm² Fewo für erholsamen Urlaub. Nähe zur Nordsee (13km), Supermarkt und Restaurant direkt im Ort.Tolle Spaziergänge und Radtouren direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Die Fewo liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung und befindet sich in der ersten Etage. Dank eines vorhandenen Balkons kannst du die Weite Ostfrieslands erahnen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz, eine Küche mit Sitzecke, ein Wohnzimmer, sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett.

The Sandkasten house is an old farm from which the barn was newly expanded. Here you will find 10 cozy Rooms with two single beds each, so that up to 20 people can be accommodated with us. The rooms face the north and south sides of the farm. In the middle of the barn is the shared kitchen and 5 bathrooms. The barn offers several cozy sitting areas, as well as a large dining area. In addition, there is a lounge with exit to the terrace.

A warm "Moin" from beautiful Esens, on the East Frisian North Sea! The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" of Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.

The holiday apartment 'Nordsee Ferienwohnung Möwe' is located in Stedesdorf-Thunum and is a great destination for a family getaway. The 60m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a TV. The apartment has access to a shared garden.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Nicht weit vom Meer und in Laufdistanz des beschaulichen Schafhauser Waldes können sie einige schöne Tage bei uns verbringen! Ausflüge an die See und zu den Ostfriesischen Inseln sind nur 10 Autominuten, aber auch in Holtgast und Esens lassen sich das Norddeutsche Leben beschauen.
