You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. There is no shortage of excursion destinations such as zoo, thermal baths, adventure farms, cities for strolling.

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

Steffenshagen, a small village, is about 20 minutes by bike from the beach and the Baltic Sea. The nearby seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

Our central location makes us an ideal starting point for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car is happy to stop due to the connection to public transport.
