"Benno the Wagon" - a tiny house on the edge of the forest

"Benno the Car" was originally an old shooting stand, which we converted into a tiny house with a lot of passion and love for detail. In it you can now stay in the middle of nature and still feel at home. On about 16 square meters you have everything you really need to live. Benno stands near a detached cottage outside Kleintettau in the Franconian Forest. On a meadow on the edge of the forest, he says good night to the fox and rabbit and is happy about company!

Relax and Play Rödental

Our cozy apartment is ideal for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 10 sleeping guests. (6 of them in a 2nd apartment on the upper floor from the 5th guest) For social evenings with friends, colleagues or family, there is a pool table, a music system and a cozy bar. The 39-degree warm hot tub is available all year round and is included. The use of the barrel sauna can be booked. Unfortunately, the hot tub in the SZ is not working.

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. The construction trailer made of larch wood is ideal for a romantic vacation for two. While lying in the loft bed, you can watch the stars through the large panoramic window or comfortably drink a cup of tea in front of the fireplace. In the small bathroom there is a sink and the compost toilet. In the building for the campers on the premises, you also have the possibility to shower and use a "normal" toilet.

"Anna's Vacation Home" Old Town of Sonneberg

You have a small house in the old town of Sonneberg. Ideal for hiking. Free parking on the street. Bus stop and shopping nearby. The small bathroom was modernised in January 2026. Washing machine is available. There is a bedroom with 2 beds. A large double bed and one single bed. A snoring room, also often used as a teen room, can be set up on request. The room has a single bed.

It is a cozy and clean alpine hut with corners and edges. We have many guests who appreciate being able to bring their dog. That's why we call it DOG PARADISE.
