Kostenlos Parken im Parkhaus in derselben Straße (ca. 100 Meter entfernt). Öffentliche Parkplätze rund ums Haus (Samstag und Sonntag gebührenfrei, wochentags gebührenpflichtig). Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für 1 - 2 weitere Person(en), Bad mit WC und ausgestatteter Küche.

queda a doce minutos de la estacion de tranvia y el tren ,hay dos grandes centros comerciales dentro de cinco minutos con carro y al centro de graz con carro diez minutos y al aeropuerto cinco kilometros. La habitacion tiene en verano temperaturas agradable. Los hospuedes pueden usar tambien la terrassa. Hay un possibilidad de un poco futbol con pequenos goles en el jardin afuera de la casa. Teneomos tambien la possibilidad de alquilar 1 o 2 bicicledtas.

It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
