On approx. 62 m² of living space with a large covered Terrace, two cozy bedrooms and a sofa bed by the fireplace await you in an oasis in the middle of the forest with a private beach. An experience in summer as in winter. Let your mind wander and recharge your batteries among squirrels and hiking trails.

The 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen are located in our detached house on the 1st floor and in the attic. We live on the ground floor. Guest rooms can be reached via a shared entrance in the stairwell.

Kleiner Garten vor dem Schlafzimmer, große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Steinhuder Meer. Im Winter sorgt ein kleiner Ethanol-Kamin für gemütliche Stimmung. Für E-Fahrräder und E-Scooter gibt es eine Ladestation vor dem Haus. Nahe der Badeinsel und nur etwa 15 Minuten in den Ort. In den Monaten April bis Ende Oktober können zwei Stand-Up-Paddel-Boards geliehen werden.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.
