This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.
