If you want shorter trips, there are trails and fishing waters nearby. The cabin is sheltered, about 100 meters from the farm and has entered electricity but no running water in. Water can be collected outside at the main residence. There is wood burning in the cabin. Outhouse in the extension/wood stall. Good mobile/4G coverage.

The cabin is located in a new cabin area without transiting traffic, called "Svaberget". Svaberget is in walking distance to Kjerknesvågen quay.

Both two- and four-legged are welcome. Opportunities for bonfires with beautiful views. Short distance to Stiklestad, Verdal, Steinkjer and "The golden detour" in Inderøy. Good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, in addition to Volhaugen and Båbufjellet. It is possible to use the barbecue hut in the woods by the farm. Welcome to our guesthouse at Namsenfjorden We are glad that people are enjoying their time on our farm. They give feedback that they are finding peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guesthouse it is nice to just be or you can walk in the forest, on the mountain, along the country road or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The guesthouse is small and cosy. Suitable for those traveling alone, but also for family/group, see photo for sleeping places. The house is disposed of alone. Pets are allowed.

Access to garage, in addition to large parking space. Electric car charger. Private laundry room. 5-7 min with car into the city center. 1 room is private and will be locked. Bedroom 1: 150 bed 2nd bedroom: 180 bed Bedroom 3: 120 bed Bedroom 4: 120 bed Important: we have a dog, so some dog hair is not to be avoided.

Åre Gevsjön cottage with sauna near Åre and Storulvån

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Architect-designed micro-house in Overhalla.

Here you can experience living in an architect-designed atrium house. The house was built in 2018 and has a separate micro house for rent. I live in the other house and between the two houses there is an atrium with a patio. The micro house, which is approximately 40 m2, is of a consistently high standard. The micro house has a bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and bedroom. There are two separate bedrooms, one combined with a sofa/sofa bed. Due to the size of the house, it is best suited for families, but four adults can stay.

The mirror suite has mirror function in two walls. You can look out but no one can see in. Not even the deer, birds, fox or moose wandering by. You live centrally, not far from shop and people, but still all to yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a nearby house. The atmosphere can be nothing but good.

Modern and elegant cottage in rural surroundings close to Kjønstadmarka residential area. Lovely view to the fjord and short distance to take a bath. Here you will find the tranquility both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, wood ice and difficult conditions, you may need to park about 30-40 m from the cabin.

Stiklestad Eye

Stay in glassiglo, in the middle of pasture area. With the forest as a backdrop, great views of Verdal. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and silence. Stay comfortably with a feeling of being under the “open sky.” From May to September there will be sheep grazing in the area. The igloo is equipped with a heat pump. Dog is allowed upon agreement.
