The location is great, in the middle of the gudauri. Nearby there are hoists, shops, gas stations, cafes, rentals. The best value for money is extremely difficult to find. Recommended for a small group or a family.

The place is new, stylish, and well located! The lift is 500 meters away. There are several cafes and a gas station store nearby. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, good hot water pressure in the shower, enough space for storing clothes. From the nuances: There was no yarshik in the toilet, there is no rug at the front door ( and Gudauri has very dirty roads in winter, it is necessary). Difficulties arose with check-in, the Google maps mark that is attached here in the Airbnb app is not true. We searched for the building for 40 minutes until we called the host and did not clarify that the apartment was located in the building opposite the police. There was also no one at the reception. As a result, someone called someone from a nearby cafe to have a girl come and take us to the room. By the way, she took us to the wrong room. We booked a studio, and we were taken to a two-bedroom apartment) I had to show a photo of the room so that we could be checked in where we needed to be. I liked the place itself, but the check in was exhausting)

Absolutely great experience. Everyone has really enjoyed it, perfect location close to the slopes. Nino was also really kind and helped us with early check-in. Definitely recommend

Great place, great amenities.

Vakho went out of his way to make our trip perfect. He arranged for a driver to and from the airport in an SUV that was able to handle the snowy roads (250 Lari each way or USD80 each way). He also arranged for ski and snowboarding instructors for us (that know English). The instructors also helped with the rental equipment. Atrium is just steps away from the ski lift / gondola - ie ski in and out. The place is exactly like the pictures. There is also a locker for your room downstairs to keep all your equipment. Its nice to sit outdoors at the restaurant downstairs to rest and enjoy the view of the resort. Two other great eateries with local cuisine are Friends and Vartsla.

I literally planned my trip because of this place, and it was worth it. The view was unbelievable. The flat was beautiful and all kind of ways and you can see all kind of things in this flat. Whatever you need will be there. I have enjoyed my time so much and I’m so grateful for the host because she was so helpful. She even helped me plan my husband birthday by decorating the place which was incredible. Thank you so much .

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the gondola. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and well-maintained. Check-in was seamless, even with a late arrival. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all my questions without delay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

Place was very good and the location was to good from balcony view , Owner is very helpful and friendly Nature
