Расположение отличное, в центре гудаури. Рядом подьемники, магазины, заправка, кафешки, прокаты. Лучшее соотношение цена / качество найти крайне сложно. Советую для небольшой компании или семьи.

very good location in new Gudauri.

Жилье новое, стильное, с хорошим расположением! До подъемника идти метров 500 максимум. Рядом есть несколько кафе и магазин на заправке. Кухня оборудована всей посудой, хороший напор горячей воды в душе, достаточно места для хранения одежды. Из нюансов: В туалете не было ёршика, у входной двери нет коврика ( а в Гудаури очень грязные дороги зимой, он необходим). Сложности возникли с заселением, отметка на Гугл картах, которая прикреплена здесь, в приложении Airbnb - не соответствует действительности. Мы минут 40 искали здание, пока не созвонились с хозяином, и не уточнили, что апартаменты расположены в здании напротив полиции. Так же на ресепшене никого не было. В итоге из соседнего кафе кто-то кому то звонил , чтобы пришла девушка и отвела нас в номер. Кстати, отвела она нас не в тот номер. Мы бронировали студию, а завели нас в двухкомнатные апартаменты) Пришлось показывает фото номера, чтобы нас заселили туда, куда надо. Само жилье понравилось, но заселение было выматывающим)

Absolutely great experience. Everyone has really enjoyed it, perfect location close to the slopes. Nino was also really kind and helped us with early check-in. Definitely recommend

Great place, great amenities.

Vakho went out of his way to make our trip perfect. He arranged for a driver to and from the airport in an SUV that was able to handle the snowy roads (250 Lari each way or USD80 each way). He also arranged for ski and snowboarding instructors for us (that know English). The instructors also helped with the rental equipment. Atrium is just steps away from the ski lift / gondola - ie ski in and out. The place is exactly like the pictures. There is also a locker for your room downstairs to keep all your equipment. Its nice to sit outdoors at the restaurant downstairs to rest and enjoy the view of the resort. Two other great eateries with local cuisine are Friends and Vartsla.

I literally planned my trip because of this place, and it was worth it. The view was unbelievable. The flat was beautiful and all kind of ways and you can see all kind of things in this flat. Whatever you need will be there. I have enjoyed my time so much and I’m so grateful for the host because she was so helpful. She even helped me plan my husband birthday by decorating the place which was incredible. Thank you so much .

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the gondola. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and well-maintained. Check-in was seamless, even with a late arrival. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all my questions without delay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

Отдыхали в Гудаури три дня. Комната была хорошая. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Посуда, постельное бельё, полотенца. Туалет и душ тоже в хорошем состоянии. Даже вид из окна не разочаровал. Рекомендуем для посещения.
