Located less than 20 minutes from Kenai and close enough to the highway for easy navigation but far enough away for abundant privacy. Spacious home with large kitchen, two living areas and yoga room. Enjoy the outdoors with the wraparound porch, and help yourself to the fruit in the small orchard and long strawberry beds. Nearby are gorgeous recreation trails and pool, and beach access is only a couple miles away for bonfire fun! NOTE ON PETS: Undisclosed pets will result in extra pet fee.

Enjoy this truly charming Alaska cabin with mountain views. This cabin is fully stocked and just 1 mile from the river and 3 miles to the beach. This house offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths, with 2 additional sleeper chairs. A work space is also offered in the loft, a bbq on the front porch to grill up your freshly caught salmon, also Freezer access. This is a non-smoking , non vaping , no party’s allowed. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
