If you like being by the water, love nature (Kalkalpen National Park), and enjoy stand-up paddleboarding or cycling, then you've come to the right place. There is a traditional flea market in our village every Sunday. You are also welcome to bring your pets. You have your own fenced garden with access to the river. Steyr, the Romantikstadt, is only an 8-minute drive away. Take some time with your family/friends to go hiking, swimming, barbecuing or playing games. Back to the roots, excluding tax.

In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

Nestled in the beautiful Kalkalpen National Park is our hut Rosanna in Rosenau am Hengstpaß. It is situated at 900m in an idyllic location surrounded by mountains, meadows and forests as well as an adjacent wild stream. We have lovingly renovated our 95-year-old hut from the ground up. Thus, we have fulfilled the dream of a rustic modern hut with all amenities. Now we have decided to share our enchanting place with others.
