We had a great stay visiting friends in Kilkhampton. Everything about the property was as described. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The TV is large and sofas comfy. The beds were comfortable. I slept in the room with two single beds and had to put them together as they were quite narrow and more suitable for children. The shower is very good- hot and powerful. Parking is easy and convenient. My mother could not access the shower which is within the bath, so worth considering accessibility if this is a factor for future guests reading this- my bad to be honest. Electricity uses a pay-as-you-go meter. Top-up cards are available from the nearby holiday complex office (3 minute walk from the property). However it is only open for 3 hours a day in the afternoon and not Sundays. We stayed during a very cold week in March and spent £55 on electricity for the week as we had to use the elec heaters a fair amount which was quite alarming! No doubt it would be alot cheaper in summer

We had such an amazing time in the Coach House at Woodlands Manor Farm. Would highly recommend. Lovely location with beautiful views and nearby beaches. Just what you need for a quiet and relaxing break away!

We had such a lovely stay at East Thorne! The accommodation was clean, lovely decor and comfortable! We felt really at home whilst staying! We had such a warm and friendly welcome by the host! The children loved the goats and pig that were in the barn on site, we said hello and petted them throughout our stay! Couldn’t recommend East Thorne enough to another family! We will definitely return but for longer next time! Xx

Wonderful little Barn, finished to perfection, nothing fussy no clutter a sheer joy to stay. Will definitely return to enjoy more of the cliff and forestry walks
