New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Well-equipped, modern and lovely cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Family-friendly house with a large garden that just invites you to have lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the Goose Tower nearby. Beach and nature very close. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Sea view / Sauna w. view / First line to the beach

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Newer modern cottage in the 1st row with direct access to the beach. Good swimming and fishing opportunities. Cottage located on one of North Funen's best plots with an incredible panoramic view of the water. There is WiFi, a wood stove, cable TV (DR, DE), Smart TV. Weber kettle grill, fireplace, three bedrooms and a loft. The bathroom has underfloor heating, toilet and shower. In addition, there is an extra toilet. Swimming bridge available from 1/6-20/9

In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.
