spaciously designed holiday apartment on the 2nd floor of a converted old farmhouse,with Swiss stone pine and larch woods. you have to like old floors with corresponding fugenes in the cloisters. the view goes over the small village of Obervellach to the nearby mountains, where in winter, as in summer, many sporting activities are made possible for you to relax,relaxation and excitement. the apartment is spacious,with a large living and kitchen area where plenty of space invites you to linger.

It is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and extends over 3 floors (200 m² + terrace + garden). The living area with marble floor and wooden ceiling is located on the first floor; the kitchen is fully equipped. 100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom a shower, sink and toilet with built-in bidet. Address is via delle Birulle Valbruna inside the Valbruna mini Golf. You can park on the street when there is snow, 50 meters before on the right.
