Summer dream! Unique lakeside cottage, with its own jetty and boat!

Own lake retreat located in a scenic location on a hill by the lake. Close to attractions and Stockholm. Own jetty & boat. Enjoy fishing on the beautiful lake. The cottage is cosy and full of character and history. With wood-burning stoves, beadboard, charming details and a large country kitchen. A lush garden filled with fruit trees, berry bushes and flowers. Recreational walks in the woods and fields. Several patios where you can barbecue & socialise. Larger groups are welcome on request, for example, garden parties. Outstanding!

Newly built house with 3 bedrooms (double beds), modern kitchen (7 gas plates, 2 electric plates, 2 ovens), AC, dishwasher and underfloor heating (toilet). Outdoor kitchen, barbecue, pool, pool bar and two boats – enjoy fishing, swimming, beach, boule court, football field and nature. Close to Sörmlandsleden, 15 min to Malmköping, 1 hour to Stockholm. Unfortunately, the pool is closed between 1 September and 1 June

Lake and swimming area were nearby. 20 minutes to Arlanda airport. The customer can be picked up and dropped off at Arlanda airport. There is a car for rent if the customer needs it. Free car parking for 4 cars is also included.

Welcome to our home where we live as a family all year round. When we are not using the house, we are happy to rent it out, so you can experience a personal and cozy accommodation – just 300 meters to the swimming area and with good connections to Stockholm. The house has large social areas, two bathrooms (one with sauna and bathtub), fully-equipped kitchen and a sunny terrace.
