This is a top quality opportunity! 100 kvm penthouse/loft, all alone on the top floor, VERY PRIVATE and quiet location with terrace, windows facing the sky including from the jacuzzi. Spacious and open apartment with large kitchen and living room. Calm and quiet separate bedroom with double bed (Hästen Continental 180 cm). The esthetics in the apartment is a matter of the heart for me, therefor I only welcome guests with a truly gentle touch. Beauty needs to be cared for. Fully equipped machinery in all respects. An extremely bright and beautiful apartment with lots of windows, wooden floors, original beams and brick walls. There are more windows than walls :-) Situated in a charming, central area one block from Odenplan where you find all buses and the subway. Plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants and funky, small scale shopping. Welcome to this charming floor at the top of a beautiful turn of the century house in Luthagen, Uppsala! Here you are offered a unique and comfortable living environment with, among other things, a private entrance, a spa area with a jacuzzi and sauna, and a lovely view of Uppsala and the cathedral. Experience a nice combination of charm, convenience and privacy. Luthagen is one of Uppsala's most sought-after areas, close to both green areas, cafes, restaurants and good communications to the city center and universities.

The upper floor of the house is in good condition.

Stay upstairs in a residential house in central Mariehamn. Here you can stay 5 people. Simple and comfortable. Everything you could think of need can be found here: washing machine, kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, shower, a single bed and a sofa bed. Parking is free in the yard, you can also charge your car in the yard. The yard is shared with those who rent the lower floor. On the property there are barbecue facilities and patios to sit at. You must bring your own bed linen and towels to this property.

Rooftop two floors apt., 10 min from Old town

Welcome to our 2-floor apartment, with a roof terrace and an open fireplace. The apartment is located in the trendy area Midsommarkransen, with a big park in front, used both for sun bathing picnicers, cava drinking couples and has a popular playground for kids. The supermarket is across the park, 200 meters away and the metro station is just 400 meters away . Our guests are mostly families (minimum age 27 years old) and you'll find many cafes, restaurants, bakeries in the area. Welcome!

Welcome to my place! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Stockholm. Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

A cozy writer's studio under the roof on a calm street next to Stockholms biggest park Gärdet and the vast recreational area Djurgården. Great communications with buses leaving from the block every 10 minutes and only two blocks from the nearest underground station. Outside you have big nice parks and playgrounds. Nice hiking trails and Fyrisån run the corner. Quiet and cozy area. A walk of about 15 minutes along Fyrisån takes you to the city centre,or alternatively you have 1min to the city buses. Parking for car available.
