Cozy penthouse near the water!

A central yet peaceful location, with large windows and lovely views in three different directions offering plenty of natural light. The apartment has been recently renovated with high standard fixtures. The bathroom is stylish and also has a washing machine. One large queen bed plus a bunk bed means enough space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A 5 minute walk to the subway and a 2 minute walk to the water where you can go swimming. Its in the middle of the city yet also in the nature!

Grace is a light, modern apartment. The open plan kitchen/living room has lots of space and high ceiling as well as a nice sea-facing view over Old Town roof tops. The décor can be described as modern/classic topped off with some colourful modern artwork. The master bedroom offers a King bed and the smaller one twin beds. With the bedrooms facing the quiet street Baggensgatan, this apartment is very suitable for the traveller who values peace and quiet. Grace was completely renovated in 2014.
