Perfect for autumn 🍁🍎Sauna friendly, and you have the outdoor area all to yourself! Centrally located, completely newly renovated guest house with no/minimal visibility from the main house/neighbors near Stockholm. Free parking. Suitable for a couple, perhaps with 1 small child or a max 2 people if you use the sofa bed (120 cm). Calm and quiet. The office becomes a bedroom with a 120 cm bed, thick spring mattress with new bedding, double duvet. Wifi is fast, stable. Full kitchen, dishwasher

Spacious and modern house 35 min from Arlanda Airport and 45 min from Stockholm. Close to the Swedish forest but also sights and attractions in the Stockholm/Uppsala region. The house offers a built in sauna and an indoor fireplace for cool nights. There is a beautiful view over the landscape towards west from the living room and the veranda. Within 10 km you can find 3 castles (1 castle ruin and 2 modern). There are several lakes within bicycling distance for refreshing yourself during summer.

Äppelviken one of the most preferred living areas in Stockholm. Close to the city, sea, nature. A very nice quiet area. We live upstairs in our villa and are happy to rent our basement/ground floor with bedroom, own entrance, free parking, wifi, laptop, WC, shower (sauna - only in wintern, pls pre-book). A small kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge, water boiler. Pls note there is no stove. You reach Stockholm City within 20 -25 min with bus/tram/metro. A nice garden where you can relax.

New Designer Villa on Private Lake Side Property

Brand new designer villa on private lake side property. You see the lake wherever you go. Small sandy beach (mixed small stones). You will feel like you are alone on the lake. No motorboats allowed. Only sound from birds and the wind. Shoppingcenter and foodcourt 10 minutes away. Central Stockholm 25 minutes. Everything for the kids; Trampoline, bicycles, kayaks, toys, cutlery. (We have 3 children). So safe with fences, gates. Wonderful natural forrest where you can hike for hours. Artlovers.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Extraordinary and central accommodation just by the lake at Stora Essingen. Plot with garden that is accessed via a long stairs from the public road, i.e. not suitable for disable persons. Secluded with breathtaking views of Lake Mälaren. Near the French school. Near the bus, near the light rail, near the center. Possibility to rent a sauna (50 euro)
