Lake residence at Wörthersee

Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway right on the shores of Lake Wörthersee, with direct, private lake access and a large lawn. The two-room apartment has a magnificent view over the most beautiful lake in Austria and a unique terrace to experience unforgettable sunsets. In addition, if necessary, a boat mooring at the marina directly on the property is available. Opposite is the Carinthian Golf Club Dellach and the gourmet restaurant Hubert Wallner.

Gerlitze Hut

Location: The cabin is located in a wonderfully quiet, sunny location on the southern slope of the Gerlitze at an altitude of about 1100 m, overlooking Lake Ossiach. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for a swimming and hiking holiday. The Gerlitze is a family-friendly hiking area. Distance: Nearest village Bodensdorf, about 5 km away. Lake Ossiach approx. 5 km Villach approx. 20 km In front of the hut: garden with seating and grill

Chalet "Hirschfisch" right next to the slopes

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. The Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is within 2 minutes. Ski tours or snowshoeing along the snowy ski slopes or in the woods are also welcome.

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.
