Ásinn Redouse 2 is a new 22 m2 studio and is the second apartment in the house. It is in a peaceful location in the countryside, about 18 km from Egilstöðum in East Iceland. The apartment will be ready on 1 July 2026. The exterior is not fully finished, but it is being improved. The apartment has a view to the west, and the evening sun also reaches a window to the north. The house in which the apartment is located is in a meadow. There is a panoramic view from the house in all directions. It is close to untouched nature with birdlife, a small stream and sheep grazing.
