Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. A small house (30m2) for 2 people with a private entrance is located in Nečujam on the island of Šolta. It is located in a quiet location in a green environment with natural shade, on a cascading terrain. It is a 2-minute walk from the clean crystal sea, which is partly reached by stairs. The center of Nečujam is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. In front of the cottage is a terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors or simply relax in a romantic intimate environment.

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.
