Beach house only 70 m from the beautiful Regestranden, at the southern end of Solastranden. Perfect if you love water sports, such as kiting, foiling or surfing. Or just lazy on the beach. 100 km of beaches are available south along Jæren. SUP, MB or sauna rental is possible. King size bed in the attic and double sofa bed in the living room (2+2) Laundry is agreed with the host in the main house. Short distance to the plane and ferry, pick-up can be arranged. Stavanger/Sandnes is only 12-15 min drive away. Lots of sights and famous destinations

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Beautiful hiking areas available without the use of transport. If you are going to visit Preikestolen, you can drive your own car, 8-10 min, to the parking lot and start the trip. If you prefer public transport, there is a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Good swimming opportunities both in the sea and river a few minutes walk from the apartment. Sand volleyball courts and sea trampoline as well as pub and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Welcome to Stavanger and our very cozy apartment on the 2nd floor of our villa from 1913. The apartment consists of one bedroom (double bed), bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and stove. In the living room there is a sofa bed that sleeps two people (150cm). You have access to free Wi-Fi. The apartment is 75 sqm. After you have used the city's facilities, this is a really great place to relax and catch your breath.

We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the fjord . The house is located close to Pulpit Rock that it takes 10 minutes by car from apartment ,and 15 minutes to Lyse Fjord that you can get ferry to Kjerag. To get to Cozy Landscape House from Stavanger, it takes 20 minutes by car . In the side of the House there is a free private parking .

The maritime environment that surrounds the home, where you have both marinas and bathing areas, makes this a very attractive place to live. Great hiking and recreation areas can be found immediately up to Rosenli and Godalen. There are also barbecue areas and a swimming area. At Lervigbrygga neighbourhood you will find countless playgrounds, beautiful green areas, hiking trails, grocery stores, shops, bars, etc.

Our house is located in a beautiful, quiet location and with views of the fjord and mountains only about 20 minutes (by car) from Preikestolen, probably the most famous excursion destination with us. The Kjerag is also easily accessible from here. Pets are welcome. We warmly welcome a maximum of 6 guests. You will stay in the lower, fully furnished apartment. In summer, sun from 10 am to sunset. We are a registered fishery, so fish export is possible
