Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, og stue med spiseplass. 2 soverom i 2 etasje. Det ene med utgang til balkong. Huset ligger i en stille og rolig gate uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Restauranter, kafeer, bakeri og shopping like utenfor døren. Flybussen og båt til Ryfylke og Flo og Fjære et steinkast unna.

Hjelmelandsgata 26 is only a 10 minute walk away from Stavanger sentrum and also has a parking spot avaliable. Utilities include Wifi, one livingroom, an office, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a large kitchen at your disposal and two bedrooms with a double bed in each. There is also a shared terrace to use for relaxing outside. From the appartment it's only a 5 minute walk to the closest buss stop and a 4 minute walk to the closest grocery store.

Apartment located on the ground floor in a newer residence with a view to the ocean. Best suited for 2 persons. Living room with kitchenette and direct exit to the patio . There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight at sea. The apartment is completely secluded with the sea, the free area and the sea bath as the nearest neighbor. Tananger is about 10 km from Sola airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.
