The house, which consists of three apartments, was built in 1929 and is located in a nice garden with lots of flowers during spring and summer. Close to the commuter train station and 2 stops to Stockholm City. Grocery store and restaurants are in the neighborhood and it is walking distance to Mall Of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

The house is located in Helenelund/Fågelsången, close to Järvafältet. The house is just a couple of kilometers from a nice beach in Edsviken and 2 km to EdsbergsEdsbergs Sportfält with ski slope, bike park, high-altitude track, running loops and artificial grass fields.
