We were attending a function nearby, needed somewhere to stay, it fitted the bill exactly, minutes from the venue. Very comfortable, quiet location. I'm sure I'll be back!

Carol was extremely helpful and friendly. She was a great communicator and gave us lots of recommendations to do whilst in the area. Carol's house is is a great base for a holiday in this area.

Fantastic place to stay. Immaculate and spacious. Perfect location for visiting friends in Essex. Julie is a lovely host who has thought of everything you could possibly need. Myself and my daughter really appreciated the little extra treats that were left for us too. We would definitely love to stay again.

We booked Clare's place as we were attending a wedding at Three Rivers that day and needed a place to stay for the night. Clare's place is peaceful and beautiful, and has everything you would need for a short stay or a longer stay. Everything was clean and there were many thoughtful touches in her place that we appreciated. Clare was friendly and communicated with us clearly before our stay and accommodated our needs. She was so thoughtful to even go out of her way to help my wife with the bags from the car as she checked in first with our two year old. Clare spent some more time in the morning with my wife and child before checkout, feeding the fishes and having a lovely chat. They have a family dog who is such a good girl and friendly with children. We would not hesitate to recommend Clare's place and we hope to be back again in the future!
