The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, a 4-burner gas stove and a microwave. There is a high chair and an extra crib available. There is also a shed with a handcart and sun loungers and parasols.
