This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, lies at the seaside with full frontal seaview and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor (under the penthouse) with soundproof windows.The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort. Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants, bars/clubs. My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

The sun shines on the terrace in good weather from noon. The completely renovated studio with open kitchen - including electrical appliances and sleeping accommodation is practical and cozily furnished. To enjoy! Residence Marie-José is located in the most iconic location of Ostend, right opposite the famous Hotel Du Parc and a few steps from the sea. The iconic corner building from 1939 is a protected monument in exceptionally good condition, which still appeals to the imagination.
