It is well equiped and convenient: 2 bedrms, walk-in shower, big fridge and stove. The building has 4 stories, apt is on the highest floor, reached by the elevator. There is a TV with Chromecast, WIFI, a very comfy sofa.

My house is 100m from the casino, the harbor is around the corner and all the markets/supermarket are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.
