It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

It is located in Groote Keeten, a quiet village, within walking distance of the North Sea beach. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator with electric oven, a 4-burner gas stove and a microwave There is a high chair and an extra crib available. There is also a shed with a bollard cart and sun loungers and umbrellas.

In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Lovely apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
