Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο σπίτι σε δύο διαμερίσματα. Το εν λόγω διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Στραποδι,4χλμ.απο την Χώρα κ 1 χλμ.απο το Λιβάδι. Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωματιο.,ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι τραπεζαρία,κουζίνα με όλα τα σκεύη κ ψυγείο. Το άνετο μπαλκόνι του έχει θέα στο καταπράσινο Μανιτοχωρι κ στα περίχωρα της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού. Το σπίτι διαθέτει δύο a/c,tv και wifi. Είναι σε μια πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία,πολύ κοντά στο Κέντρο του νησιού,στην Χώρα κ στα μαγαζιά του Λιβαδίου.

Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.

It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.

"Eloiza studios" is part of a group of 4 independent studios/Apartments. Specifically, we have 2 larger studios that house up to 4 people- and 2 smaller ones that are for 2 people+1 young child. These are all on the same property. At maximum capacity, we can house 12 adults and 2 young children.
