A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil cottage on the borders of the Cotswolds and South Warwickshire. A beautiful Grade 2 listed cottage which has just undergone a full refurbishment. Everything has been sympathetically restored to original features including - flagstone, oak and stone floors, cast iron radiators throughout, exposed oak beams, open fireplace in dining room, AGA wood burning stove in living room, fully fitted kitchen. Also our beautiful new wood fired hot tub!!.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Fox Cottage - Paxford/ Blockley

Fox Cottage is a south facing single storey barn conversion, set amidst the open fields and paddocks of the Cotswolds. The sofa bed fee is charged if the sofa bed needs to be used if there is only one person in the main bedroom and it is required by another guest. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF DIRECTIONS. 2 Nights minimum stay (except Bank holidays where a minimum of 3 nights is required, depends on the length of the bank holiday and/or at the owner's discretion.

The Cotswolds, Churchview Barn, Todenham.

A beautiful one bedroom mezzanine barn located in the heart of the Cotswolds, a short drive away from Stow-on-the-Wold, Daylesfords and SoHo Farmhouse. There are many lovely country walks directly from the barn. The nearest town, Moreton-in-Marsh is a 10 minute drive away with a train station with direct links to London. 10 minutes walk from the barn is a Todenham farm with a fabulous farm shop and Herd restaurant. Pitt Kitchen is a 15 minute walk.
