The Highland Hut

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as five furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Marigold, Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field the Hut is located in. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

Pinetree Lodge, romantic getaway in the Cotswolds

Pinetree Lodge is a romantic, luxury Cotswold getaway, nestled in its own small, enclosed wood on our active working sheep & arable farm. A peaceful place where you can unwind and reset. Great outside living provides a bbq/fire pit with accessories on request to roast or do one-pot meals and a gas BBQ too. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

The Old Calf Shed

The Old Calf Shed, situated in the heart of a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border, has a beautifully calm atmosphere with relaxing interiors including a lovely wood burning stove in the open kitchen/living room. Fantastic rural views, parking for 4 cars, an outdoor seating area and 450 beautiful acres to explore. Some of the tourist sites nearby include Silverstone, RH England at Aynho Park, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Upton House.

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

The Potting Shed - This off grid design led hideaway is the perfect romantic getaway for nature lovers. Quirky interiors gleaming with vintage finds, recycled materials and rustic , rural charm in a botanical colour palette. A short walk through our meadow, passing our miniature ponies, takes you to the orchard and veggie plot where you are invited to sample our seasonal fruits, herbs and vegetables. Embracing the outdoors but still providing modern luxuries and practical conveniences.

Shepherd's hut with stunning views, Warwickshire

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.
