The house had everything we needed and was in a great location

My family and I loved our stay. The house was clean and well stocked of needed items. The host was responsive in a timely manner. We loved seeing the animals and the beautiful surroundings. The house is close enough to a ton of activities but far enough away to avoid the light pollution and to enjoy the northern lights. If we ever return to Edmonton we will stay here again.

Our stay at Navy’s place was awesome! The place was spotless, and they were super friendly and easy to talk to.

My husband and I stayed at this Airbnb for 2 months to visit family. Overall, a very nice and comfortable set up in a good neighborhood. The unit is bright and cheerful with southern exposure, big windows, a comfy bed and a little walking trail right out the backyard gate. We also really appreciated having a parking space on the driveway where we could plug in the car in Jan/Feb:). Being a basement apartment, you can expect to hear some chairs moving now and again upstairs and some footsteps. The hosts have been lovely, very considerate and quick to respond to any communication. We would highly recommend this unit and plan to come back.

Such a great cozy stay! The place was just as described in the listing. It was super comfortable and very clean. Truly is a home away from home. I felt at ease the second I stepped inside. You can really see that the hosts care for their place and for their guests. The welcome gift basket of snacks was a big hit. Thank you so much !

Annie is one of the key that made my trip was more memorable! She is super sweet, careful, compassionate and a great listener. She made me feel like home and ensure the stay is most enjoyable as possible. The room is very cozy, clean and match my vipe.

Nice place to stay. I felt at home even though I was alone and far away moving between provinces. They had numerous supplies in the bathroom and kitchenette. There were games to play and a treadmill. It didn't feel like a basement as I had a nice sit-out area and the entire backyard to myself. Would like to come around again with my family or spouse/child sometime soon.

Beautiful place to enjoy and kick up your feet with a movie or you can traverse many wonderful trails! The tub was soo big and perfect for what I was looking for 🛁🕯️. The indoor firepit and outdoor ambience was sure relaxing and I love their beautiful buffalo 🦬. Robert was very friendly, informative, responsive, and all around great host. I am sure we'll be back real soon! Thank you ❤️

We had a lovely time at this rental. We really liked how it felt away from the city but was also a very easy drive to all the necessities. The furnishings were high quality and it was very clean and modern. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working but the host did everything they could to fix it. Hopefully they are able to get it fixed for future guests. The host was extremely helpful and responsive in communications. Overall, it was a great rental and we enjoyed our visit. If you are looking for an amazing meal nearby, we highly recommend Joey Sherwood, the service was outstanding and everything we ordered (app, mains and 2 desserts) was delicious!

Wendy is an excellent host. Really nice, clean place! We just loved Charlie, the friendly golden retreiver who welcomed us to the cabin :) Highly recommend!

The cabin was very lovely and clean. The property is very beautiful and well maintained.

What a wonderful cabin!! Our group of gal pals had a great time at the cabin! We really enjoyed the hot tub, well stocked kitchen, and of course the fun decor that reminded us of grandma’s house. The place was just as clean as grandma’s too (if not even cleaner!). The walking trails out the doorstep and close proximity to Cooking Lake cross country ski trails made our winter getaway even more fun. Beds were super comfy! Lots of towels and linens available. We even saw a few faint northern light. Oh, and thanks for the bottle of bubbly!!

5 Plus Stars – A Hidden Gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed—there was a personalized welcome sign and a lovely thank-you card waiting for us. The cabin itself was absolutely immaculate: cozy, warm, and inviting. Every detail was thought of, from the extremely clean space to the incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook our meals, and we spent our evenings snuggled up on the couch, fully enjoying the peaceful, homey atmosphere. Cheryl went above and beyond—after a big snowfall, she made sure a path to the walking trails was cleared for us and even set up a fire pit, complete with firewood. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. This cabin is a true hidden gem. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and just relax, this is it. We’ll definitely be returning. The entire experience was 5+ stars!
