Monthly Rentals in Stratton

This is the second year on the trot we have stayed at Little Springfield, as we loved everything about our stay last year, we rebooked straight away for this year. Lesley and Martin are wonderful hosts, very friendly and approachable. Great communication either in person or message. Property is very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you’ll need for holiday. Information about things to do and places to visit. There is a gated area for your car, and an area for relaxation/Bbq. Ideal for some peace and quiet, but also near enough for Bude and supermarkets 5 minutes drive away. Keep up the good work, see you next year 👍🏻

Had a great stay at Jess’s gorgeous cottage. A perfect relaxing get away in a peaceful village and only short drive to Bude for the beach and activities!

Absolutely loved my stay. Lovely little place with everything you'd need, easy to find and very clean, tidy and homely. Check in/out was easy. Andrew was lovely and very responsive to messages. Breakfast with milk and a box of brownies was a perfect touch that I really appreciated. Made to feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Just returned home from a lovely few days at Julia's property. Julia and Clive were great hosts who communicated well before and during our stay. They were there to greet us on arrival (and were at hand throughout if required) but they gave us our privacy too. The property itself was totally amazing!! It is beautifully decorated with top spec mod cons...and it was absolutely spotless. We enjoyed the first floor living and fully appreciated the amazing views across the fields towards the sea from the kitchen window. Also the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Julia has a beautiful garden and we spent each evening sitting outside enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside and waiting for the sunset. The location of the property was perfect for us as we were completing a couple of sections of the SWCP in the area. We also enjoyed exploring Bude and surrounding area. We would love to return to this property in the future.
