We enjoyed the stay in this lovely cottage. Well equipped and the location was very peaceful, whilst being only a short drive to the town centre. We felt very comfortable and at home here.

What a perfect stay! We were attending a wedding at Kinkell Byre, which is just along the road and this is a perfect location for everything you need. The house was clean and tidy, and had everything required for a short, or even a longer stay. Just outside st Andrews, so was secluded and quiet, would be lovely for a week away with family too! Miranda's airbnb is a quick drive away from St. Andrews, which offers a choice of restaurants, including Pizza Express, and supermarkets including Aldi and M&S. I just loved the postcard view of St. Andrews from the approach road which looks down on the town and the cathedral ruins. On a sunny day it was just glorious with sunlight bouncing off the sea and the blue hills/mountains in the distance and the yellow sandy beaches. The house and the kitchen has everything one needs for a short-stay. The beds were super comfortable - I normally struggle to sleep in a strange place but I felt very much at home and had no difficulties sleeping. The host left a few extra touches which made us feel really welcome and were much appreciated. She had the second double-bed converted into two single beds for my sons. The house was in excellent decorative order. It was too cold to use the garden but it looked inviting. The host was super responsive and helpful. I would happily stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The space was small but perfectly formed. Squeaky clean with quality linen and M and S toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the shower powerful and hot. Perfect sanctuary after a day's walking. Neil greeted us warmly upon arrival. We felt secluded and relaxed with all the open views yet with Anstruther only two miles away. Private parking handy too. First visit to the area but with so much to see we shall definitely come back and this makes an ideal base. Thank you for a great stay!
