The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool.
