Delightful single house, airy and bright, 90 meters from the sea of the "Grotta di Eolo" bay in the Piscità area. Two bedrooms plus a large, well-equipped kitchen with a loft. Two gardens, both with a wide view of the volcano: in the front garden, trees (palm, white mulberry, magnolia, lemon and cedar) and a well-kept lawn with hammocks and deck chairs, back garden with a view of the volcano and the sunset. Furnished with taste and simplicity.
