Here one can experience the peace, quiet and the wildness of Africa's Southernmost Tip. A number of walks along beaches and fossilised landscapes start here. 2km from the fish traps made by old Hunter Gatherer Cultures , 3km from a shipwreck, 5km from the lighthouse. Enjoy our Duneveld Fynbos and bird life.

The main house has 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a lounge with a fireplace and TV. Three private cottages with en suites, a courtyard with a braai pergola, and a games room with pool, table tennis, darts, and a cinema loft complete the home—just 5 minutes from the beach.

At Patat cottage is situated within Langezandt Fisherman's Village in Struisbaai. It is a relaxing 2-hour drive from Cape Town, through the Cape Overberg region. This cottage is nearby Cape Agulhas, the southermost tip of Africa. A visit to the charming fishing village of Struisbaai is highly recommended.
