Furthermore, the holiday apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy pine wood parlour with a tiled stove, and a terrace with a garden. The tourism tax for the Stubai Valley must be paid in cash on site. Persons over 15 years of age pay €4.80 per day.

You'll find us at the entrance to the idyllic Stubai Valley, surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery of the Stubai Alps. The traditional village of Mieders lies at the foot of the Serles, which is very popular with hikers, skiers, mountain bikers and, thanks to the water park and summer toboggan run, also with families. The Serlesbahnen lifts are just a few minutes' walk away and offer access to an enchanting ski area in winter. A free ski bus takes you to the Stubai Glacier.

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)
