Quiet country setting surrounded by forest and farmland, bordering on the Altberg Wildlife Sanctuary Nature Reserve. Lower level suite with private entrance includes one separate bedroom, one bed with room divider in the common space, plus a full bath, kitchen facilities, and living area. Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does not include the entire cabin. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the beautiful Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a private beach (May-Oct). 2 bedroom cedar log cottage on over 300 beautiful acres. Very private. Many walking trails to explore and enjoy. Lovely deck on the cottage and a great dock at the lake. Canoe, pedal boat, and swimming raft. All just a 2 hour drive from Toronto. We have another property at the opposite end of the private lake - all of the same wonderful outdoor activities but this time based out of a stunning log house.
