The property is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Graz. Thanks to good connections, you can quickly get to town, but still live completely in the countryside with a garden and natural pond. Attractions such as the Schlossberg or the Graz landmark of the clock tower are within walking distance and are easily accessible by car or public transport. The place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

A few businesses and taverns are within walking distance. The apartment has its own entrance with a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the enchanting view of the South Styrian wine country, perhaps with a glass of wine.
