Very cozy, quaint farmhouse. Something special. Also in a highlight: Fresh eggs directly from the stable in the morning. Our host was helpful, friendly and available almost at all times! We will be back!

The apartment is an absolute dream! The location on a hill offers a fantastic view over the vineyards of Christian. It is very spacious, quiet and well equipped – perfect for a relaxing time out. The kitchen is modern, well-equipped and in pristine condition. The highlight is the hot tub on the balcony, which was already pleasantly preheated to 36°C when we arrived. Plus a glass of excellent wines from the in-house winery – just perfect! The fireplace provided coziness, whereby the temperature in the apartment was ideal anyway. Convenient: The parking space directly in front of the stairs to the apartment. Important to know: It is offered as not child-proof, but with a few outlet inserts we had solved this quickly. An apartment that has been noticeably designed for your own use and not a typical vacation home – we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Ferlach! The house is very cozy, well equipped and clean so you immediately feel at home. The location is perfect to explore the beautiful nature around Ferlach, and also the proximity to sights and hiking trails is a big plus. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We can recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. We are already looking forward to the next visit :)

The unit was well laid out, very clean , great block out blinds. Had everything we needed. Lots of information pamphlets regarding what was available to visit in the area.

Lidwina was very helpful, we arrived with kids around midnight it and they had no problem to check us in so late, even offered breakfast for the first morning (with eggs from their chickens), hence late arrival. Recommended better resort for skiing which is 7min drive from home. Overall experience was very nice.

We were with a group on site and were very satisfied. The hostess is very friendly. The location is very good. The breakfast buffet with fresh organic eggs and delicious sausage was more than sufficient. Thank you for the nice time

In overall a great experience! The apartment was amazing with everything you need, AC in two rooms was lifesaver because it got a little bit hot inside during days. Included breakfast in the nearby chill and cozy restaurant was really nice and saved us from the trouble of thinking breakfast. Location was also amazing: Metro and a local market with a lot of shops and places to chill and have drinks was just minutes walk away.

Definitely worth the stay. Space was plenty spacious, lots of room to spread out, and close to all attractions!

Gabriele is a unique host who welcomes guests with warmth and class in her beautiful, historic home with a history dating back to the imperial times. She speaks fantastic English, is helpful, full of charm, and treats guests almost like family – so you can feel at ease and fully relax. The place has a unique atmosphere, and the breakfast served by Gabriele is a real pleasure: fresh breads, cheeses, cold meats, coffee, juices – all provided with attention to detail. The perfect base for exploring Bad Ischl and the surrounding area.

Many thanks to Norma-Maria & Michael for this great stay and the hospitality they showed us: absolutely warm and loving! Not least because of the small touches that we were able to experience. ☺️ We felt very comfortable and hopefully will come back again or will ☕️ see each other at the Baltic Sea for a coffee. We are particularly grateful for the tips and recommendations for our daily activities. That was very helpful and pleasant. Here, for example, the recommendation for the delicious breakfast buffet in Kranzbichlhof (very easy to reach on foot) should be mentioned. Amazing place and host! Saskia is so kind, calm and friendly, immediatelly makes you feel right at home! The house and the room are excelent, spacious, amazingly decorated! Breakfast was top notch! All recomendations!

The view from rooms was stunning. Claudia was very personable and accommodating. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The room and bathroom were very clean. A guesthouse that I definitely recommend.

Friendly hosts, Good hearty breakfast, Room normal or somewhat rustic but comfortable, clean and tidy, High-quality and new bathroom. Depending on the location of the rooms, nice views. For us, highly recommended as a weekend trip. I'd love to come back.

Great, likeable and personal place to stay away from the Kitzbühel-Schickimicki.

Great location and well connected by bus - you can get everywhere quickly. I enjoyed the view and the tranquility. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice. The service at breakfast was very responsive and accommodating.
